Windows 11 - Game not launching fix

Go to the ..\steamapps\common\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction\src\system and delete the system detection DLL file.

After that the game will launch without any other modifications, I recommend you download the Fusion mod available on GitHub and it enables no longer obtainable DLC and improves the game.

So I combined your advice (deleting the detection file) with Joshuaaa's (downloading this mod : ThirteenAG Fusion Mod[ github.com ]).
Then copied/pasted the files from the zip : src/system/ ; to the SCConvition folder src/system/ and the game works fine at 120ips. Thanks for your help :)

@ZamalLine go to task manager, details on the game process, affinity and select all cores, it's doing the same thing on my system, not sure how to perm fix it

Succed to launch the game after deleting "system detection.dll", starting the game triggered ubiconnet to link with my steam account. The problem now is the game run at 20ips which is obsviously abnormal.

NoBODY, maybe it will help you to change the screen resolution in the ini file C:\ProgramData\Ubisoft\Conviction\ConvictionUserPC.ini Set the resolution of your monitor in field FullscreenViewportX= and FullscreenViewportY=

I already try reinstall the game, then download the fusion mod from github. But still cannot run the game. It's only pop out the black screen then go back to desktop. I already out of option for any method. done with googling and youtube..
