GM/2-409 Battleship

Desperate times call for desparate measures. When all else fails, brute force shall suffice. This heavily armed ship is designed to fight single handedly against ships of a similar class using the eight missile launchers and turrets. The ship is slow on the brakes, and trainee pilots running simulators tend to crash this ship head on into the enemy or other obstacles. Experienced pilots developed the "Swing Brake" technique, spinning the ship onto its side or rear using the more powerful thrusters to stop the ship with style.

When engaging enemies, keep the side of the ship towards the enemy, and use the rocket launchers for long range bombardment. The ammo storage is at the front of the ship, to allow for more reliable ammo feeding to the front rocket pods, but makes it vulnerable to attacks from the front.
