Exotic & Legendary Salvage Operations

Adds Exotic and Legendary items to the salvage operation's loot table. This was requested, the same functionality is included in my previous mod Extra Efficient Captain Operations

Added Exotic and Legendary items as a possible drop from Salvage operations

Drop rates as follows:

• Legendary = 0.05
  
• Exotic = 0.07
  
• Exceptional = 0.14
  
• Rare = 0.19
  
• Uncommon = 0.26
  
• Common = 0.29

For other modders mostly, may help with compatibility questions. If another mod overwrites any of the functions or files listed below, this mod, or the other mod may not work.
