T4 Modules

The T4 Modules mod slightly alters the current existing modules and makes them work more efficiently, whilst consuming less energy, while taking the same space as regular T3 module.

Issue: Quest says I need to deploy a T1, T2, or T3 module but I have the T4 module deployed
Fix: None Currently. I'm working on fixing this. (aka. Ignore the quest, the module will still work)
