How to unlock the most secret and exclusive easter egg title: nonchalant dread head.
This title was added in patch 1.3.0 during black history month, and I have only discovered recently.
Requirements
1. MUST reside in the Bronx, anti-cheat scans your IP and check if you live in NA-East
2.All random; RNG depends on your income level, credit score, and whether you have a kid or not. The more welfare checks, the sub 300 credit score, and leaving your kids will significantly increase your chances of getting this title.
3. pay for child support (optional)
4. MUST listen to either Chief Keef Sosa, King Von, also known as Dayvon Daquan Bennett, and Bobby Smurda religiously, over 1000 streams of either Hot Ninja, Love Sosa, and Took Her To The O.
5. (Optional )also be a top shotta, or a GS 9 hitter . Having charges for any crime associated with the 13% will also boost drop chance.
6. MUST have a hellcat, demon, or trackhawk. Scats could work, but it is harder to pull off.

Alright so hopefully you got all that, but here is what you do in game to unlock it.

1. Purchase the golden blicky.
2. Load into the game, but before you spawn in room, you're going to want to rev your hellcat, or do a takeover which will increase drop chance.
3. Kill about 10,000 cops
4. You will then get a secret quest that pops out that says "retrieve milk"
5. now you may be tempted to say "heeellll yeaahhh", however it is a trick question, and you are supposed to click "Nah cuh"
7. After that you will be arrested because you're black (obviously)
8. After that, a secret ending will appear, where you will get the secret title.

Benefits of the title:
-you will be able to give backshots to the female cop.
-become invincible
-melanin increase
