If someone no scopes me then I will give it to them for free." (Everyone else) "Hey I just no scoped you can I have your Howl?" or Hey I'm new to the game could you just give it to me?" The answer: No, he won't you idiot. Anyone who had the brains to get a Howl isn't going to give to you for free. He trolled you and you should probably uninstall CSGO right now for being so stupid... All in all: If you get "good" skins then you will be respected as the best person to ever play CSGO in the world.
