Many More Tabs for Workbench

The ultimate Workbench UI for heavily modded installations. Adds mod-specific tabs. Also moves some recipes from and to other crafting menus and deletes a large amount of "duplicate" recipes (recipes that are available at their own mod's crafting station for example).

Some of the tabs in the screenshot are from other mods that add tabs.
