Tips to get the Unknown Message to appear

Make sure that the game shows you dialog messages after every mission. Otherwise restart you game!
Intentionally end you run after you have reached a higher difficulty and you cannot complete mission fast. For me this start to happen at around the difficulty level 3 because you want as many possible for dialogs to appear.
Intentionally select unit equipment like Rifleman in the early game and Gunslinger + Electroliser if you have the money. You should probably ignore the Medic path.
Spend your technology points between damage and range. Ignore health.

I personally was stuck here but owen11 figured it out with my decode of the message and it can be quite tedious to do.

I thought maybe you need to visit the planets in some kind of specific order like 1 top planet or left most planet. Maybe press the button on any dialog in the order of the code or maybe the ASCI code has something to do with the ending names of the planet.

You need to wait till the Unknown Messages appears again and then click on the corresponding button. The number at the top also changes depending on your position.

This message seems to occur randomly but the game seems to be slightly buggy at least for me. I sometimes did not get any dialog so I assumed that this message is only displayed once. This is not the case. If you do not get dialogs after a successful mission then just restart the game. This fixed it at least for me.

The in-game reward is nice and probably depends on your current difficulty. You also get the achievement Decipherer.

No problem and thanks for the feedback.
I was also not too happy with the spoiler tag either and I have added some text below the image.
I also noticed that if I put the image in a code block then you can just hover over the hidden images and it will show up. But this strangely only seems to work on firefox and not on chrome or via the Steam launcher (at least for me).

Thanks this worked. For the spoiler tag leave an extra sentence below so it's easier to reveal the screens for 5 & 6.
