to add to this, i would say for prestige, focus first on contracts that make certain boosts permanant so that they dont start over for restarts - such as runes, pearls, and the like.
next focus on auto unit upgrades, and resource production increase.
and also, prestige amount does not disapear for each faction, no mater which faction you use to reset. so both your remaining prestige and contracts stick around. this means that if you dont currently see a contract that you can afford, that you actually want, save your prestige for the next reset.
