Armour/Armor - Samurai Variants

--Does NOT add in new samurai--
Adds in 7 pieces of armour kitbashed from existing vanilla armours.
All of these items have been distributed to npcs I felt were appropriate, along with vendors.
Ragged Samurai Armour - Samurai Armour with a heavy leather jacket.
Ronin Armour - Mercenary plate armour utilizing portions of samurai armour.
Ronin Rags - Mercenary plate armour utilizing samurai shoulder plates with a heavy leather jacket.
Samurai Sandals - Samurai Shinguards with sandals instead of shoes, you run faster in them than in Samurai Boots.
Samurai Scout Armour - Mercenary chestpiece utilizing samurai elbow and shoulder plates, associated with scouts.
Desperado Rags - Samurai Chestplate with assassin rags overtop for a lighter encumberance in combat.
Samurai Clothpants [sneaky chain] - Samurai Clothpants sneakily lined with a chain mesh for a strong protection without the weight of platelegs.
