Socks Outfit Mod Redux

Pants are overrated anyways.

This mod is a redux (of the redux!) of the socks mod, adding new items (including arm warmers and new socks!), QoL features, and sock benefits to the original mod.

The IDs are shifted over, such that they are not conflicting with the original mod.

The socks also spawn on official maps, with plans to possibly add spawns and recipes to curated maps.
