Welcome to my guide, in this guide (as a player who has 2k+ hours ) im going to teach you how to quit gmod

1.Uninstall the game (most common option) (not as effective)

Guide how to uninstall it:

Open Steam: Launch the Steam client on your computer.
Navigate to Library: Go to your game library by clicking on the “Library” tab at the top.
Find Garry's Mod: Scroll through your list of games to find Garry's Mod.
Right-Click and Uninstall: Right-click on Garry's Mod, select “Manage,” and then click “Uninstall.” Confirm the uninstallation.

2. STAY AWAY FROM MEDIA

Do not watch videos, do not go in the community nor workshop
because this can make you remember about it and make you want to play it

3. Seek Alternative Addictions Activities

Find something else you enjoy!

For example, different games, hobbies, methamphetamine etc.

4. Mental Health and Support Reflect on Your Decision

If it gets so bad, seek help. Dont hesitate

5. Install this mod.

Now i have done some research and i found out this very useful mod for people who wanna quit.
