Yep, you heard me. This achievement, although it tells you to win a versus game on Crash Course, is lying to you. You've never lost a game of Crash Course Versus in your life, so try losing the game for once!

So chances are, you end up losing, but even then, you still haven't gotten the achievement. That is because the game is taunting you. It knows what you want, but is still pulling one more trick up its sleeve...

So everything I've stated here is true, BUT during the last round of the game, you need to be on the losing team AS THE SURVIVORS, not infected. Please note that there is a chance of the survivor team being on the winning side during the last round of the game, which means nobody is getting that achievement. This achievement is lying to you and it knows you are an epic gamer, so it knows that you'll bend over backwards trying to get it. Not this time.

The Smash Hit achievement is lying to you.

True requirements to unlock:

- Lose a versus game of Crash Course, but you have to lose while on the Survivor Team during the very last round of the game.

I got this achievement on the last round of Crash Course Versus while winning on the infected team because I switched to the Survivor team (who were losing) by pressing "m". Switching teams doesn't invalidate the achievement; as long as you lose the last round on the Survivor Team, you should get it. If you can't help but dominate the other team because of your sweaty gamer hands, this alternative method should satisfy you, assuming there are open slots on the Survivor side.
