Perhaps this is some kind of conspiracy by the American authorities to popularize military service and the FBI.
Theory 2.
The aliens in the game created it to lure you into the ranks of the blue men.
Who knows, maybe one day, falling asleep playing Ravenfield, you will wake up already in the ranks of the blue men and will endlessly attack the island...
Theory 3.
It's just a fun game with a lot of room for mods and creativity, one day the game will be released completely and may change.
