For this third experiment the random Finger of Death attacks can make a very big difference how many ants you lose and how much food you will need to recover.

Mandatory:
  • Do not move ants between pheromone groups after experiment begins
  • Only place the pheromone marker once to enter the enemy's underground nest. Click and then watch the battle unfold. Your ants will automatically fight to the enemy queen once they have entered the enemy nest
  • Previously applied upgrades from The Second Experiment
    Originally posted by "The Second Experiment guide":
    • Wood Ant Mortar: Upgrade Attack Damage, Attack Speed and Range to 10
    • Black Ant: Upgrade Attack Damage to 25
    • Gene Thief Worker: Upgrade Movement Speed to 25

Recommended:
  • 20 Gene Thief Worker ants
  • Upgrade as many ants to Level 3 as you can
  • One pheromone group with 80 Mortar Ants and 50 Black Ants
  • 3000-8000 Food

Try your own variations. Stock much less food or try different adaptation or ant combinations.
