About your new CAR!
You new Company Cruiser is equipped with verity of new features for your use. The Key to using this thing effectively is mastery and understanding its quirks effectively.

Lets start with the controls most should be used to them by now but here's a basic diagram for your viewing pleasure.

remember to floor it when in Park to get some extra horse power out of the car! The most useful one of these is the escape button but we will go over it later for now, lets go over some hidden aspects about the Cruiser along side some less than obvious controls.

The Steering Wheel is not power steering making itself a bit clunky to use at times, it will lock its steering position to the last point you turned the wheel at keep that in mind as it can be both helpful when getting the Cruiser out of tight spots and not helpful when you need to get somewhere fast and the wheel is turned to the right or left sending you into a wall. Actively centering your steering wheel is key though the wheel on the Cruiser doesn't show center at all and is unreliable, getting out and checking the tires positioning and getting a feel for it is key for proper driving.

The Storage Compartment Is where you will be loading any an all junk into, you can use it like the Red Cabinet in the Ship by placing items directly onto it or by just throwing everything on the ground, as long as its in the back of the Cruiser it is good to go, side note and an all loot in the back of the Cruiser will stay in the Cruiser even when flying to orbit so keeping some keys in the back or weed killer is viable.

Jumping (pressing space) while in the cruiser allows you to hop just a bit in order to get out of situations where the cruiser would happen to get stuck, its best to use it while flooring the gas and preparing to stomp on the breaks once free allowing the tires to get some traction to drag you the rest of the way, using Weed Killer allows you to get a boost which allows you to instantly get out of most situations but is highly risky so were not going to be going over how to effectively use it other than its ability to heal the cruiser.

Pushing (Pressing E on the Frame of the Cruiser) is highly effective when you are stuck and have friends to guide the truck through places when things go wrong. Luckily for us most of the use cases of the truck with proper driving this shouldn't come up but just in case you get adventurous with your driving knowing how to properly push the Cruiser is effective.

The Magnet: One the Right Side of the Ship theirs a huge magnet for attaching your new Cruiser to so you don't lose it. Theirs a Lever on the catwalk that activates the magnet, when in the down position all you need to do is drive right next to it and bam, it will snap to the ship like so. Be careful since it works on orientation and sometimes the Cruiser will lock on nose first and get stuck in the Ship.

Alright quick overview is done lets get into how to actually drive on these moons!
Useless Moons
These moons you should not use the Cruiser on as they are ill effective on them to downright not helpful. They CAN be useful in one way and that is by getting your baring with how the Cruiser works, otherwise I wouldn't risk losing the Cruiser by attempting to use it.

Experimentation: Drive-able but useless. due to the entrance being on a hill you can't really use the car. the most you can do is park it at the bottom and have team members put loot down to you and load the car up and go. you could escape button up to save a ladder climb in exchange for health but its not worth it. You Could also attempt to boost up with the weed killer but you'll prob end up just crashing the truck.

Gordion/Company: Drive-able. Its the company pretty much i would only use this place to get the Cruiser in the first place since it is nice and flat and you can drive it to the ship and hook it on fast You can also use it as a means to get used to the Cruiser in the first place since their isn't any danger to doing so. Otherwise not really effective.

Titan: Drive-able but Useless: no way to get it to any entrance and with how high both of them are theirs nothing you can do with the car. even escape button launching doesn't help here don't bother.
Moons To Drive On, And Effective Paths to Drive to And From.
OK onto the actual Moons you can best use the Cruiser on the list is in no order just a simple guide and route to take with the Cruiser. Escape Button Jumping is an advance technique where you park the car at a position (Marked with a X on the maps provided) to get to places where you normally can't get to. Hazards are marked with a Purple X that indicates problem areas you should avoid with the Cruiser as they will likely lead to it becoming stuck or worse. Red Lines are known good routes that you can take to and back reliably without risk of exploding or getting stuck IF your good at driving the Cruiser. Last Tip treat the Cruiser like your playing Spin-tires or some other realistic trucking game, this will allow you to best succeed with using it effectively. alright starting off out list is:

Assurance: Drive-able. you can drive to the fire escape and escape button launch up to it really easily. going to main is out of the question as it has a ton of hills in the way and theirs really no easy route to get to it. best going to fire escape.

Vow: Drive-able. This map looks tricky but Theirs actually a path behind from drop that you can take to Fire Escape and drive it back with no problems almost the best map bit tricky but once you get it down its super easy.

Offence: Drive-able. Their is some RNG with this level, sometimes you will be completely fine to drive to main other times you will be blocked. You can also escape button jump up to the pipes at the beginning of the map to get to fire escape but risky and takes some time to get used to. due to the RNG this map has its honestly one of the worst to take the truck to, use at your own risk.

March: Drive-able. you can get it to two fire escapes really easily and to main theirs some that are harder than others and are shown by the color of their route on the map below. pretty much chose where you think the truck is going to be the best used and drive there.

Adamance: Drive-able but challenging: Taking it to the ravine to the right of Fire escape from driving down the right side of the ship to it you can escape launch up to it OR jump up from the right at max stamina. Theirs no real good route to main on this map. driving back is the problem because of the bridge, got to be really careful or down into the gulch you go, without the bridge its much easier, but RNG can block your patch back to the ship. its good but make sure paths are good before driving. Colored X's are problem spots with this map.

Rend: Drive-able. you can get to main pretty easily with some trial an error, going right from main you can prob get to fire escape, but falling into the ravine means the car is gone. Honestly i would not go to fire escape but you can attempt it if your feeling risky, snow blindness is hell though so be careful.

Dine: Drive-able. Second best level to drive IMO, quick an easy path to fire escape and back no problems whatsoever. you can prob get to main but with how the map is laid out i wouldn't advise trying just stick to getting to fire escape.

Artifice: Drive-able. Best map to drive on only due to loot. its really tied with Dine but since Art has so much loot it beats it out. its just a straight line nothing more nothing less what's not to love. their is one problem spot with this map and that is getting back up to the ship once your done loading up, the hill is steep so your going to have to gun it up it and have the magnet on before attempting or else its going in the ditch to the right of the ship and your not getting it out of there.

Embrion: Drive-able. Very nice flat land to drive on and due to the loot changes a pretty good map to go to now. I'm not sure about driving up to fire escape, something is telling me you might be able to get to it with the Cruiser but im not 100%, the big problem here is once again main is on a ridge so your going to be dropping loot to it and loading it up later, the only reason this map isn't in worthless is because its a pretty far drive to main from here.
Conclusion:
The Company Cruiser is one of the best things for your ship that comes with one steep learning curve to boot. mastering it is key for effective fun and efficiency. To end off allow me to give some secret tips with the Cruiser that will help with your Quotas!

you can leave all loot in the Cruiser and it will stay once you go into orbit, no need to unload as long as your confident in your ability to get the Cruiser back to the ship everyday.

TURN OFF YOUR HEADLIGHTS!!! They blind you most of the time i find and having them off allows you to more accurately judge turns and distance when with them on it blinds you.

Like never floor it, NEVER, take your time and as long as you get to the facility by 10AM that is a win in my book. if you need to floor it get ready to break as soon as your out of a sticky situation.

Effective team management by having a spotter is excellent use of the Cruiser early on.

Always have a spare driver that can be effectively trusted to drive the Cruiser in the event that the main driver is dead. go from skill level down from there.

Make sure the Cruiser is back at roughly 4PM to ensure its safe in case of death. The Person driving can then change jobs to Ship Maid or risk it for some more loot. hopefully the majority of the loot in the Facility was already loaded onto the Cruiser meaning normal grunt work is needed to insure the most money is gotten.

Weed Killer Boost is great for when your about to lose your driving line to make sure the Cruiser isn't lost in a unrecoverable area. otherwise its best used in pure emergency's only

Hiding in the Cruiser is a effective strat but for the most part most monsters will take time to leave you alone and they tend to throw the Cruiser around, make sure you keep tabs on the health of the Cruiser before attempting that of the Cruiser will blow up.

And thats that hopefully my time behind the wheel is effective in allowing you to grow with your own driving skills Good luck and have fun!

Embrion's fire exit is possible. It's mostly flat on the way from ship to there, except a bump, which you can easily drive over. You can easily go back to ship by just driving over the bump then just drive back to ship. Hope that helps!

I'd like to add an addendum to Assurance pathing

I personally take CC to fire exit like shown on graph but continue along under the pipes to the log book area then turn around and park so we can get loot from main

And I also (bit dangerous but nice) continue down Dine fire exit (death pit by side) to main

on vow it IS possible (but tight) to get cruiser to main and turn around (with jumping and small turns)

Thanks! I floored it while in Park and it was super useful! More beginners need to know this tip, for sure.

@Legoat I figured out what path your talking about, your talking about the alt back path that you can take to main from the cabin. I kind of ruled that one out due to roll risk its also kind of hard to navigate the truck by yourself through there so i just recommend taking down the middle, THOUGH ya it likes to get stuck a ton of the time so i can see why you wouldn't want to go that route.

Well for rend there is a path that is really easy to drive where you only need to hit 1 tree and dine is the easiest thing in the world drive past the fire exit then go left and easy
Mя. Kiиg  [author] 17 Jul @ 1:49pm
@Legoat Rend is kind of a bitch to drive on tbh but taking it up and down the lights has worked for the most part, as for Dine taking the left most route is very narrow and can end up sending you into the ravine but for me i have never had that happened during my time driving. Like I said its all about skill level so if you think you have a better driving line take what works for you, these are just examples that have worked for me and my group.

@Legoat rend is literally directly to the building and dine is just a weird ass map for the cruiser
