Phenosi's Door kick! (IMS + Breach - Rewrite)

Made possible by these two amazing mods:
Improved Melee System (IMS)
Breach - Rewrite

Why?
I really like the Breach mod, but to use the door kicking and things like a sledgehammer you'd need to use the `Melee - Rewrite` mod. My unit uses Improved Melee System already.
(The `Melee - Rewrite` mod is still nice and I recommend trying it out!)

It's like an alternative to the `Melee - Rewrite` mod in regards to what it adds to `Breach - Rewrite`.
- Adds a keybind under the IMS controls to kick open doors with
- Two-handed and heavy melee weapons can also 'breach' doors
note: Kicking and Melee weapons cannot breach 'reinforced' doors or walls

- Supports ACE3 action on breachable doors
- Supports Space Marines from the 'There is only war'/Warhammer 40k mods (requested by Tex)
- Supports Spartans from the 'OP: Trebuchet'/HALO mods (requested by MathewL)
- Breaching will alert normal enemies or civilians in a small radius. (requested by ShaphiraPanda)
- Breaching will alert zombies in a small radius like the Screamer from WBK zombies does [only for WebKnight's Zombies and Creatures] (requested by Slay No More)
