Seriously, This guide will show you how to enable the console as well as provide you with a set of commands to mess around with.

So, this video I made will show you how to enable the console as well as demonstrates some of the commands you can use to alter the game.

So you'll want to locate your hard drive that Borderlands the Pre-Sequel is on first, then follow the following file path:
Program Files (x86) > Steam > SteamApps > Common > BorderlandsPreSequel > WillowGame > Config

Then you'll need to open up Default Input.ini and paste the following under [Engine.Console]:
ConsoleKey=Tilde
TypeKey=Backslash
ManualAutoCompleteList=(Command="Stat UNITAVG",Desc="Stat UNITAVG (Shows average hardware unit framerate)")

Here are a few commands you can use in game:
Stat FPS - View your Frames Per Second as well as Monitor input lag
ToggleHud - Allows you to turn on/off the Hud for cool pictures and a quasi-ranger mode
FOV X (X is a number between 1-180) - Allows you to adjust the ingame FOV. Try FOV 180 and make your head explode.
