💜Medic (7 Points)
  • Medic ACED: Investing 2 points here grants us four powerful effects. We revive teammates 20% faster, gain 2 more charges in our Medic Bags, obtain GRIT whenever we begin reviving a teammate, and take 40% less damage while reviving players as long as we have GRIT. This buffs our Medic Bags and allows us to revive players much more efficiently.
  • Steady Hands: Another buff for our Medic Bags, this skill increases the health they provide by 20% for us and our teammates.
  • Extra Charge: This skill grants our Medic Bags 2 additional charges. Need I say more?
  • Combat Medic: A powerful support skill, Combat Medic states that as long as you have GRIT, whenever you successfully revive a teammate, both you and the teammate get 5 seconds of damage immunity. This skill combines well with Medic ACED, as the GRIT on revive (and the 40% extra damage reduction with GRIT) ensures we'll always activate this skill when needed.
  • Code Blue: The last buff to our revives, Code Blue grants us RUSH when a teammate gets downed, and allows us to revive teammates 30% faster with RUSH.
  • Triage: As a personal buff, Triage boosts our Medic Bags and First Aid Kits by healing us for 15% more for each buff we have active (GRIT, EDGE, RUSH). With all three, we're healing for an extra 45%. Additionally, we interact with Medic Bags and First Aid Kits 50% faster, enabling us to pull off clutch heals.

💜Ammo Specialist (2 Points)
  • Ammo Specialist BASIC: Although we only need this skill to pick up Plate Up, the 20% increase to our ammo reserve is always a welcome buff.
  • Plate Up: A strong skill for our survivability, Plate Up allows our ammo pickups to refresh our armor every 2 seconds, as long as we have GRIT. Since we're running the Adaptive Armor Lining, as long as we can get kills every 2 seconds, this makes our armor practically unbreakable.
Although we can generate GRIT through Medic ACED, we will be able to gain and maintain GRIT (as well as EDGE) much more easily through Escapist skills.

💜Mower (2 Points)
  • Mower BASIC: Another intermediary skill, similar to Ammo Specialist BASIC. Although we will gain EDGE much more reliably through Escapist skills, the EDGE you gain every 35 shots can sometimes play a role in the heat of battle.
  • Replenish: As long as we have EDGE, Replenish states that we will automatically pick up ammo dropped by enemies we have killed. Besides being very helpful for managing your ammo economy, this will allow every kill to refresh our armor (as long as we have both GRIT for Plate Up and EDGE for Replenish).

💜Tank (1 Point)
  • Clean Slate: For just 1 point, Clean Slate greatly enhances our survivability. As long as we have no armor, Clean Slate allows us to use an Armor Repair Kit to restore 1 Armor Chunk. This is especially helpful since we'll be heavily investing in civilian skills, which can grant us 3-5 ARKs per civilian.

💜Escapist (3 Points)
  • Escapist ACED: Escapist is our main source of GRIT and EDGE generation. Although we can gain RUSH by sprinting for 3 seconds from Escapist BASIC, we will be generating RUSH more consistently through the Assassin BASIC Skill. As for Escapist ACED, this skill allows us to consume RUSH in exchange for EDGE by sliding.
  • Move & Cover: Similarly to Escapist ACED, we can consume EDGE in exchange for GRIT by vaulting over a ledge.
Our main buff engine works by generating RUSH by killing an enemy with a suppressed weapon (Assassin BASIC), sliding to convert RUSH to EDGE (Escapist ACED), then killing another enemy to gain RUSH again. To then get our GRIT, vault to convert EDGE to GRIT, then slide to convert RUSH to EDGE. As your GRIT starts to run out, vault first to refresh GRIT, then slide to refresh EDGE. This GRIT/EDGE engine can take some getting used to, but it is a lot of fun to pull off.

💜Manipulator (6 Points)
  • Manipulator ACED: Besides allowing us to tie up and trade hostages 50% faster, Manipulator ACED also makes our traded hostages count as one additional hostage, effectively doubling their value.
  • Overbearing: This skill enhances our control over civilians. Firstly, it increases our shout range for civilians by 20% and keeps them down 50% longer after being shouted at. Secondly, we can now order three different tied hostages to follow us instead of just one.
  • Silver Tongue: This skill further boosts our hostage ratio. Specifically, Silver Tongue makes any employee, guard, or law enforcement officer worth an additional hostage, giving us a total resource trade ratio of 2:1 (3:1 for applicable entities).
  • Negotiator: A significant boost to our resource trade ratio, Negotiator grants us an additional two resources when a hostage is traded, further enhancing our ratio to 4:1 (5:1 for applicable entities).
  • Menacing: A simple yet effective skill, Menacing allows us to dominate any guard or SWAT and turn them into a hostage, although we can only have one SWAT hostage at a time (this restriction is lifted if the SWAT is traded or freed).

💜Transporter (2 Points)
  • Transporter BASIC: This skill grants us RUSH whenever we pick up a bag or body, at the cost of losing our RUSH when we throw a bag or body. While we will be gaining RUSH more consistently through Assassin BASIC, this skill is still very useful for allowing us to get all three buffs outside of combat.
  • Deep Pockets: Enhancing our Medic Bags, Deep Pockets gives us an additional deployable bag at the cost of reducing each bag to two charges. Combined with the later skill Stockpile, we will have a total of 12 Medic Bag charges across two bags (six charges per bag).

💜Fortitude (4 Points)
  • Fortitude BASIC: This skill grants us both 50 more max health and GRIT whenever we heal to or above max health and don't have adrenaline. This provides a quick way to gain GRIT in emergencies when healing up.
  • Health Siphon: An integral skill for this "Medic" build, Health Siphon ensures that when a teammate uses one of our Medic Bags, we are also healed for 40% of the amount that the player is healed. This means we should leave our Medic Bags in spots easily accessible to the team, as we get healed every time our team gets healed.
  • Pain Asymbolia: As a buff to our Adrenaline, Pain Asymbolia increases our buffs' strength from 10% to 20% (e.g., GRIT gives 20% damage reduction instead of 10%). Additionally, we take 10% less damage with our Adrenaline active, further boosting our survivability.
  • Stockpile: Another simple skill, Stockpile grants us an additional 2 charges in our deployable Medic Bags.

💜Assassin (1 Point)
  • Assassin BASIC: For the start of our GRIT/EDGE generation, Assassin BASIC makes it so that whenever we kill an enemy with a suppressed weapon, we gain RUSH
💜Alternative Skill Point Distributions💜
💜Manipulator (4 Points)
  • (-) Remove Overbearing: Overbearing is not an essential part of this build. Unless you are going to be moving groups of hostages, such as on Gold & Sharke or No Rest For The Wicked, Overbearing is unnecessary.
  • (-) Remove Menacing: Menacing can be very good if the entire team is using the 💜Purple💜Heart💜Healing💜Medic💜Build💜, but the loss of it in this build will not be detrimental.

💜Transporter (4 Points)
  • (+) Add Beast of Burden: As long as you have RUSH, carrying bags does not incur any movement speed penalties to you. Even if you slide to gain EDGE from Escapist ACED while you are carrying a bag, you will never have problems gaining RUSH with this build.
  • (+) Add Power Lifter: Power Lifter is the main support skill that many, including myself, cannot live without. The ability to carry two (2) bags at once is excellent and exponentially increases the support potential of this build.

💜How use the build💜
This build is built upon a cycle of gaining EDGE, GRIT, and RUSH. Once you have an understanding of this cycle, you can become much more aggressive during heists.

Core Maintenance Skills
Assassin BASIC (RUSH), Escapist ACED (EDGE), and Move & Cover (GRIT) are the skills you will use to maintain EDGE, RUSH, and most importantly, GRIT.
  • Assassin BASIC: Whenever you kill an enemy with a suppressed weapon, gain RUSH.
  • Escapist ACED: If you have RUSH available and slide, it's consumed, and you gain or refresh EDGE.
  • Move & Cover: If you have EDGE available and vault or mantle, it's consumed, and you gain or refresh GRIT
In addition to these skills, but that are not as important, are:
  • Mower BASIC: Every 35 bullets you shoot, gain EDGE.
  • Transporter BASIC: Whenever you pick up a bag or body, gain or refresh RUSH. Whenever you throw a bag or body, you lose RUSH.

These skills are necessary to consistently maintain your BUFFS (EDGE, GRIT, RUSH).

The Cycle
The BUFF refresh cycle is as follows:
  1. Gain RUSH with Assassin BASIC, Escapist, or Transporter BASIC.
  2. Slide to consume RUSH to gain EDGE. Alternatively, Mower BASIC can also give you EDGE.
  3. Once you have EDGE, vault or mantle a ledge to gain GRIT.
  4. Repeat
Important Note: If all three buffs are active, first vault or mantle to refresh GRIT and then slide to refresh EDGE.

It's a little confusing to grasp in concept, but easier in practice.
