The game has a Beastiary, and it contains all monsters in the game.

To fill the Beastiary, you need to kill every enemy in the game, and all bosses.

After completing it, the achievement Keen Hunter unlocks.

However, it's not certain if all bosses count toward it, as the achievement is unlocked before beating the final bosses from the post-game.

There's a missable enemy, the Eye of Gongor. It spawns from Gongor, the Eldritch Fusion, and is a rare attack that the boss does, but luckly it is not needed for the achievement.
