This is the directory where the UserSettings.txt is located. I thought this could help after looking around for it for a long time..

Uncap FPS on Linux

I tried finding this with the help of trusty Google, but couldn't find it anywhere so I had to find it myself.. So this how to change it on Linux with Steam Play. It might look different on other Linux Distros, but most likely you are able to find where ESO or Steam is installed yourself.

This is the folder you are looking for, and this is the UserSettings file to edit.
/home/<YOURNAMEHERE>/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/306130/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/My Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live

SET MinFrameTime.2 "0.00606061" is for 165 FPS cap.

If you want higher or lower cap, you just replace 165 with your FPS of choice.
1/165 = 0.006060606
1/333 = 0.003003003
