Original mod notes (1.4):

Doesn't break saves!

Tired of trade ships not showing up? Think it's stupid that you've only got 2 orbital traders in the 6 years of your colony's existence? Do you have mods that are breaking traders? Is the More Trade Ships mod not working for some reason? Is Randy being a ♥♥♥♥♥? Shocked how traders show up orders of magnitude less often in 1.2 than in 1.0? Well that's why I made the Trade Ships No Matter What mod. This mod does just what the name says. It triggers an orbital trader event every x days completely disregarding any and all other game code having to do with storyteller interaction, what's going on, mods that mess with traders or anything else. If you set this mod to spawn a trader every 3-5 days and put it at the bottom the your mods list, it will make a trade ship show up every 3-5 days no matter what.

The original mod has updated; I have set this to unlisted and will fully remove it soon.

Odd situation but for some reason I can't trade with "Imperial Trader" ships. I have the knight rank on a pawn and everything that is usually required to trade with Imperial settlements. It's just grayed out for me every time.

Any idea why when a trade ship comes into orbit, I cannot click it through the comms center?
Its there but i cant speak to them...

well both taking to long to get trader ships and getting them every few hours is a loss

Same here! I think the problem is with the config file, possibly its initial generation. When I first opened it, the node <minDays> wasn't there. I added it manually, and now everything seems to be working as it's supposed to. Any further changes to the settings are saved properly, and minimum days between traders are obeyed.

is anyone else having the problem where the mod's options seem to be ignored, and it keeps spawning trade ships every few hours?
