I have no answer to how to noclip them, just made it happen 3 times.

You are right, I should just train to aim better and not hit the floor atoms with my sticks atoms.

see it that way, what if, every atom in the stickybomb and the in floor avoided themselves, therefore making the stickytrap go through the floor
