Step 1 - Build a base where the picture shows, put down 3 oil grabbing devices and 3+ Orserks. Yes you'll definitely need Orserks, go capture some from the place far north east in the water past the desert. Artisan/Work/Serious/Swift and Maxed stars is great... but you only need 4 regular Orserks with about +70% work speed, a food supply for them, and storage chests for them to place your newly found oil. You will NEED the upgraded power generator unlocked and ONLY ONE placed in this base, near the middle of the 3 oil spots preferably. If you build more than one, it does nothing except take more power to run multiple at once.




Step 2 - While Orserks are founding America, take your time to find other base spots you'll enjoy having. Any will do, but if you want to be efficient, find at least one more oil place with 2+ oily holes to give the shock treatment. Explore anywhere on the map you haven't been yet and enjoy it, by level 53 you can get Coal and Sulfur at ANY BASE LOCATION through putting the respective mine.



Step 3 - Shoot things inside rocky holes, steal everything you see, and get new best in slot items. Every cave in Sakadakamakura has new items to collect and some make permanent drinks for you to boost your stats. Forever. It's the end game and you're gonna need to collect lots of these to do any content added in the future.




Step 4 - You're a true American now. Once every few hours check outside of your base to find free supply drops with permanent boost drinks, schematics and such, or Emo Palkia with a meteorite showing up to fight and capture. I don't know if it's any good for anything but it looks neat.
