Preface
(This guide was translated using GPT. There may be some inaccurate terminology. If you find any problems, please let me know!)

Hi everyone! I'm Wanqian, the product manager for X-Angels.

We're glad you're enjoying our game. We've put a lot of effort into adjusting the game's difficulty to create an environment that is neither too challenging nor too easy.

However, for players who have never played a card game before, it will still take some time to get used to it.

We hope this guide will help you get started quickly. Have fun playing!
Character Selection
Your initial character selection and the angel you defeat in the first stage will become the main sources for your deck.

We recommend starting with Felicity and choosing Viola for the first stage.

Felicity is a character designed for beginners.

The cards she carries are generally very straightforward and powerful once you understand their effects.

Viola's cards are also very direct and simple, with the exception of her "Information" mechanic.

She also has many great card draw and card cost reduction effects, making her an excellent support for Felicity.

Felicity will recover angel power when she gains Explosiveness[/b] and deals 25 or more damage in a single turn[/b].

Among the four angels, she has a relatively simple and fast energy recovery speed.

In addition to using her skills to accumulate power, she can also store up energy and switch to Viola for a burst of high damage. She is very flexible to use.
Card Selection
I call this deck system "Heavy Wound Replenishment". I think it's a deck type that doesn't require too much precise operation and can help new players familiarize themselves with the game's mechanics. The cards don't require much coordination with each other, but they can easily clear the game if used properly.

Main Cards

Liver Attack is a very powerful card.

First, our pink-haired character will start with a Bonding Token:

Panties allows us to have a stable burst of power in the early game, which can be used in conjunction with Liver Attack to easily deal very high damage.

Heavy Wound can also bring a lot of damage increase in the middle and late game. It is our main card, and it is not too much to choose 3 copies or so.

Candy Box is a more special card. When used, it will give you two new cards. When you use one of them, you will discard the other.

The main card we use is Sweet Drink. Replenishment is not too difficult to obtain in the game, and there are various low-cost and easy-to-use ways to obtain it. However, power is actually a very powerful and precious attribute. As long as you use the Candy Box when you have Replenishment, you can get very good results. It is also the main combo of this deck.

Hairpin Storm is our main burst card. With up to six hits, we can fully utilize the power accumulated through the Candy Box or the pink-haired character's skills. With Heavy Wound, it's not difficult to deal hundreds of points of damage with one card.

Other Auxiliary Cards

These two are the special cards of Viola and the pink-haired character respectively. They can be obtained by raising the Bonding Level to LV6.

As long as you draw more cards through these draw cards, and then use Viola's skill to reduce the cost of all cards in your hand, you can unleash a very powerful burst.

Replenishment and various draw cards can bring us a lot of cards to cooperate with Thousands of Pieces. In addition to having good damage, it can also apply Weakness and Heavy Wound, which is very easy to use.

Low cost, overall damage, overall heavy wound, the effect is quite good when dealing with small monsters with high blood and attack power in the later stages. Even against single targets, it is not too bad.

Iron Curtain is our most important defense mechanism.

While we can certainly choose some low-cost shields to reduce HP loss, overall, our defense cannot achieve a qualitative leap and is always in a state of attrition.

I believe that trying to use Iron Curtain to kill in one shot is a more suitable strategy for this deck. Often, one round of Iron Curtain + Replenishment accumulation, followed by a large number of cards + Viola's skill in the next round can end the battle.

In addition, there is another blind spot that many new players will encounter in their card selection strategy.

The more cards you choose, the more cards there will be in your deck, and the less likely you are to draw the strong or desired cards.

In my opinion, it is much better to keep the deck around 30 cards and strengthen the main cards than to have a deck of 40-50 cards that cannot be played in a combo. Don't be afraid to trade cards for money.
Bonding Tokens and Gene Fusion
There's nothing particularly special to mention about Bonding Tokens.

Personally, I prioritize those that provide permanent effects, such as +15 HP cap or +1 ATK.

Apart from that, Viola's mask and the pink-haired character's dumbbell throw effect are both quite good and can be prioritized.

For Gene Fusion, remember that the cost of a card increases by 1 when you fuse it for the third time on the same card.

Don't underestimate this +1, as it can directly ruin a key card.

Additionally, the fusion effect takes effect after the original card

For example, if we fuse some damage-dealing genes onto Liver Attack, the damage dealt by those genes will also be affected by Liver Attack's Heavy Wound, causing additional damage.

A more special use case is the Candy Box.

Since its card effect essentially generates two other cards, if you fuse Replenishment genes onto the Candy Box, you can benefit from the Replenishment effect when you cast Juice later. This is a very useful little combo.
Conclusion
That's about it for the guide!

X-Angels is a game with very simple mechanics.

Just read the card effects carefully, don't be afraid to make mistakes, and try it a few times, and you'll definitely get the hang of it!

I hope this guide has helped you. If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment below!
