Elite western funditores

This mod adds a new unit to WRE, the elite funditores. They are intended to be a mix of the elite germanic archers and the armenian slingers (so they will have 175 range); they are going to be just a little tougher than the regural funditores, and they have a sword, so maybe are going to perform somewhat decent in melee flanking. Of corse they upgrade from vanilla funditores at "new conscription system" tech.

UNIT REVAMP:

I concluded my other mod projects so I decided to give di mod some love, and a review. I concluded that give the unit a shield in place of an heavier armor was better, so now the unit has a small shield (same as nordic hurlers), and they got back the dagger (instead of the sword). The unit model and card has been changed accordingly. Also, charge bonus has been reduced by 2 and melee defence increased by 2. I dropped the flanking idea in favour of a "frontal block" one.
