Ok so this isnt recomended because I have tried it in the gen 4 update because the dev removed the ability to run VR (Due to the poor optimazation and I had to spend like 20 minutes pressing buttons in the menu to load a game also I dont know if multiplayer works comment on the guide if it does and I will remove this)

so in this update but you can force the game onto VR by running "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\EscapeTheBackrooms\EscapeTheBackrooms\Binaries\Win64" C being where the game is installed at or you can just browse the files and follow the last 3 locations stated above but you should see a application saying Win64 shipping and run that app. And now you have a broken VR mode.
