LORE: As the STUBB-wearing MEMENTO Club infantry did their best to gain territories from the Space Pirates, Chipokind's opinion of them became progressively less negative. Those people were drunken buffoons who treated the battlefield like a playground, but the Chirpos understood that their idiotic behavior was not only a personality trait, but also a way to cope. They weren't soldiers after all; they were just nerds who were forced into that situation, just like the Chirpos. However, some Clubbers seemed to be having too much fun, unironically loving the violence. They lived inside their STUBBs perpetually, claiming that they were their actual bodies, and some cheered when losing their organic limbs because they could replace them with robotic prostetics. Those madmen wanted to do even more damage to the Pirates, and asked the MEMENTO lead for heavier weaponry. The Chirpo generals endorsed their requests because, even though they were scary, they were also useful. The MEMENTO factories then produced the FEMUR (Frontline Engagement Mech and Urban Reconnaissance), a fast walker designed to mince Pirate infantry.
