Hello! I decided to write this small tutorial since I found that most "solutions" on how getting hammer++ to work kinda stink. Since they make it very over complicated, when it could easily be simplified even more.

Firstly, you'd need to force compatibility on Garry's Mod, too Proton 9.0-2 this will download gmod things that windows would use. Once it's finished updating, take your hammerplusplus.zip you got from (https://ficool2.github.io/HammerPlusPlus-Website/index.html) all you want is the hammerplusplus folder, and the hammerplusplus.exe. You need to go to your local files for gmod, go to bin, win64 and drop those to files in. Using a wine of your choice, I highly recommend q4wine for a later tutorial I will post later. Then run it, boom Hammer++ will load up.
