UU: Kyk-over-al Writer (Great Writer) - Their Great Works provide +2 Local Happiness.
A Kyk-over-al Writer may Inspire Independence one time when in the territory of a city-state allied to another civilization, causing the city state's influence with you and their ally to swap. The action does not consume the unit.

UB: Village Cooperative (Bank) - +1 Gold from Food Resources instead of from Trade Routes. +1 Culture from each Happiness building and +1 Production from Merchant Specialists in the city.
