Guide to buckshot pistols, arguably the best off-hand weapon type

This is a guide to buckshot pistols in Risen 3, which is arguably the best off-hand weapon type in the game. I owe a lot of gratitude to czapla1024 for helping me understand the mechanics of off-hand weapons and for pointing me to the location of some of the pistols.

Pros and cons of all the off-hand weapon types
Bullet pistols:
+ most readily available
- can miss completely

Buckshot pistols:
+ always hit
+ good base damage
- damage decreases with range (from 60 and all the way down to 4) but you shouldn't use off-hand weapons unless in a pinch when an opponent is dangerously close to you anyway

Crossbows:
+ higher weapon damage than pistols (60, 65 and 70)
- can miss completely
- Crossbow III is exclusive to Demon Hunters

Throwing knives:
+ always hits for full damage
- low base damage
- very expensive

Conclusion: crossbows seem to be the best choice for raw damage. But because buckshot pistols always hit and because their damage is almost as good when you fire them at close range (which is what off-hand weapons are for), the buckshot pistols are definitely the best choice.

Missing information
As you can see, I'm missing the location for the Bronze Gun. Please let me know if you find it. Also, sometimes I noticed one of the guns in my inventory and had no idea where it came from, so there are definitely more locations to find these guns. Again, please help me complete the guide.
