Description

Dockwise Vanguard is a large semi-submersible heavy lift ship. A semi-submersible heavy lift ship is a form of heavy lift ship that take on water ballast to allow the load—usually another vessel—to be floated over the deck, whereupon the ballast is jettisoned and the ship's deck and cargo raised above the waterline.

The Dockwise Vanguard is the largest of all these aforementioned ships and can carry extremely massive cargo through hell and high water. This version of Dockwise Vanguard has been tested to comfortably carry weights of up to 120,000 mass which is more than enough for even the largest of supertankers. The ship has a partial glass cockpit with easy to use monitors and intuitive controls. The helm has three central heads up displays which display your distance from the seabed, your speed and the current heading. The ship can also be steered hands off with the help of an intelligent autopilot system. For power Dockwise Vanguard has a massive powerpack of 8 large electric engines which can push the fully laden Dockwise Vanguard up to a fast clip of 32kts using two large pitchable propellers. In case of fire, the port bow pylon has a hydrant and a hose. At nightime, all rooms have lights and the displays have backlights which can be manually activated but will turn on automatically. The ship is also fully illuminated with strategically placed lights for maximum coverage. For signaling purposes and incase no-one can see the massive hundred-thousand mass ship, there is an ISO standard navigational light mast. In thick fog, a foghorn is also available. If maneuvering was not easy enough already, the ship has two powerful bow thrusters and two extendable rear thrusters. For crewmembers, there is a sauna, dining room, lounge and a crew cabin.

The front sinks, but the rear hasn't yet. Is it supposed to sink after the front?

Just throttle up slower or tie it down using the ropes

idk then, you could add negative mass blocks if you wanna increase lifting capacity

I set the ballast to 0% and added 85,600 kg and it is still not setting at its water line. The water is almost at the deck level.
