Africa Fix (DEI version)

Description
Greetings.

This mod makes some slight changes to the grand campaign of the fantastic Divide et Impera mod. It contains a bunch of mods that make the African factions more versatile. I added links to the individual mods below each sub-description for those that want only certain parts. Here is what is included...

...Better Desert Stables DEI...
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3267190856
African factions no longer lose ability to recruit their tier 1 cavalry if they build exotic stables.
added Ethiopian Cavalry to exotic stables for Medewi
added Numidian Medium Cavalry to Masaesyli and Massylii to exotic stables chain
added Garamantine Cavalry to Garamantia exotic stables chain
added Libyan Cavalry to Nasamones exotic stables chain
added Ethiopian Light Cavalry and Ethiopian Cavalry to Blemmyai and Aksum exotic stables chain
added Maure Cavalry to Maure animal breeder and exotic stables chain

...Egyptian temples to state cultures DEI...
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3267202916
state culture conversion for Egyptian temples. The game has the Blemmyai hardcoded as desert nomadic, but they only have Egyptian temples. I changed the temple effects so that Blemmyai and the Egyptian religion factions will still spread their own culture. To be honest, Blemmyai should have the Egyptian religion and Aksum should have the Desert Nomadic religion, but that is something that will have to be fixed in an update.

....Proper Desert Champions - DEI version...
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3228319550
Blemmyai, Medewi, and Aksum all have the dark skinned Egyptian champions now.

...Axum Shotel DEI...
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3267211523
Medewi Shotel Infantry unit is now Shotelai (Shotel Warriors) and only recruited by factions with the Ethiopia land resource. The unit cannot be recruited outside of Ethiopia, but can be recruited by anyone in Ethiopia. The weapon has been changed to the sickle for historical accuracy. There has also been a boost to anti-cav and armor piercing stats.

...Universal Diplomacy DEI...
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1320446629
all settlement options and confederation ability for all factions. Added confederation names for Rome (Foedus Latinum) and Desert (Eremoi). Changed confederation name for Steppe (Skolotoi). Added confederation names for Nuragic (Sardus), Etruscan (Tyrrhenia), Iapygian (Iapygia), Italic (Socius).

...Obedience DEI...
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3233986958
satrapies and client states will like you and give you more levies. This is an oldie but a goodie. It's hard enough to get states to become satrapies, might as well get some real benefit from it.

...Meroitic Names and Descriptions...
I think its really cool that the DEI team put in historic/native names for all units. I am really impressed at the lengths they went to use Meroitic, a completely dead language, for the Aethiopian units, where they could. To honor that, I have renamed the units' English names in the unit descriptions as literal translations of the Meroitic. I also renamed a few units using Meroitic translations instead of Hebrew (Yam Suph Gora) or Swahili (Ndovu).

Yam Suph Gora (Hebrew for Red Sea Gora) are now Geel-e iwer Gora (Meroitic for "Red River Spears")
Ndovu (Swahili for "Elephant") are now Abore (Meroitic for "Elephant")
Magari (Akkadian for "Wheel") are now Dig Mre'ke (Meroitic for "Bound Horse")
Aithiopikoi Pelekuphoroi (Greek for "Ethiopian Axe-bearers") are now described as such in English
Eklektoi Aithiopikoi (Greek for "Chosen Ethiopians") are now described as such in English
Bilit'ti Sayif (Meroitic for "Sparkle Swords") is now Sayif and described as "Blades" in English
Nass'i Wir (Meroitic for "Long Throwers") are now described as "Long Bows" in English
Sipesiye Nass'i Wir (Meroitic for "Noble Long Throwers") are now described as "Noble Long Bows" in English
Siesiye Mre'ke (Meroitic for "Noble Horse") are now described as such in English
Toog Kugur (Meroitic for "Strong Hitters") are now described as such in English
Nass-i Sne is now Shotelai (Ge'ez for "Shotel Warriors") and are described as such in English
Nakhtu-aa (Egyptian for "Strong Arm Boys" is now Nass-i Gora (Meroitic for "Long Spears") and described as such
Safe Mre'ke is now Pelmos Mre'ke (Meroitic for "General's Horse") and described as such
Safe Kugur is now Ker Gora (Meroitic for "Royal Spears") and described as such
Sipesiye is described as "Noble Ones"
Haug'ba is described as Javelinmen
Haug Mre'ke is described as Javelin Horse
Gora'ba is described as Spearmen

Gotcha, may try with a save-copy

I believe they are, but not 100% sure. When I was testing them, I would run into problems. But once I got to my final version, the effects seem to work even with the Save Games

Cheers!
Is it / Are all mods save game compatible?

UPDATE! Modified the unit names and descriptions of the Ityopya region units. Modified the stats of the Shotel Warrior unit. Added some generals to the campaign for Masaesyli, Medewi, Blemmyes, and Aksum.

@EmperorJay117: Thank you so much. Your suggestions are noted and I will see what I can do in that regard. I never really messed with stats before, but willing to give it a try. Look for it in the next update

Hey this mod is great and I appreciate the effort, I've always wanted a more fleshed out Africa and you definitely helped immensely. My only suggestion would be giving the shotel swordsman a bonus vs cavalry as the shape of the sword was utilized to drag riders off their horse, and maybe a little more AP damage. Your work is appreciated!

Hi Dr. Oz. I didn't do anything regarding the naval units, but I will make sure to put that in the next update
Dr. Oz The Great And Powerful 20 Jun @ 11:21pm
Does this mod fix the fact that the Medewi get North African naval units instead of ones crewed by Nubians and Ethiopians?
