ON window's 10 with a power A usb Xbox controller, I noticed that too. Mainly the idea was that it was PC adapted. Meaning mouse and Keyboard only! My YT playlist proves this from 2019.

Deck
Proven to be more usefull the Deck is built as a PC with PC input to Control's. So there's no confusion to why it didn't crash right away. So you know this won't happen on Steam deck.

Setting's provided at the beginning show that this is what you get as full screen cut scenes go.
On deck there are no lagging clips or cut out's or Crashing.

On the deck the game run's with a steady stream. No lag and game play play's as smooth as ever. Almost as if you were playing on Playstation for the first time.
