概要

STEP 1: THEFT

[Patched as of 0.0.6 update] Yep, all you have to do is pack and steal items that aren't essential to that room. Then you sell the items at the pawn shop BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE MISSION, SELLING THE ITEMS AFTER COMPLETING THE MISSION WILL DEDUCT PAYMENT, EXP, AND FAME. The reason why you sell before you complete the mission/contract is because the game deletes all record of that item and what it is connected to when you sell it. Make sure you only steal items that the room can function without like stealing books and decor from shelves, stealing TVs from living room [NO STEALING TV FROM TV ROOM, YOU WILL REGRET IT], stealing Fridge and Ovens from kitchen, etc. If you pack and sell items like radiators, beds from bedrooms, toilets from bathrooms, etc. The game will deduct not for stealing, but for that room being incomplete.

Welp, if you are lookin for some money, use this method to gain extra money. Try it asap because devs might patch this glitch in upcoming updates.

This guide is no longer valid as in 0.0.6, the devs patched this exploit.

The way I make extra money is do all the optional tasks. If needed move excessive things from one room to the room that needs that object. Missing radiators is a real thing in this game. Before I had my office bought I was at 121k, so it is really worth it to check all the rooms. Good luck and happy building, my fellow company holders. 😘 ❤️

That's too complicated. Better to take a Demolish job and loot all the trash and furniture then abort the mission!

@QueenOfSting40: as soon as you get your office building, taking loans will be enabled. Also then the jobs start which payout 85k and more.

don't know, man. Money is totally not an issue in this game. You can take loans if you run out of budget or do some easy transporting/cleaning missions. You get 36k alone by bringing all the trash you collect from your office area to the factory.

i feel like am in a loop. Don't wanna steal they said you can borrow from the bank I guess not the game start was cool but now am getting repeated mission 5 min delivery i did it several times but don't wanna grind that, i wanna fix, paint, build etc. that's how i want to earn my keep.
