you would need gcfscape to extract the model. then crowbar to decompile it and the default ellis. then something like blender to remove the hatless head from this and add the regular head, then youd use crowbar to compile it and the l4d2 authoring tools to pack it into a vpk to use ingame
Can you tell me what programs are needed to remove hatless ellis head from vpk file?
