Harbors now add 1 food to sea plots
Seaports now add 1 production to sea plots, rather than just sea resources

Would there be a way to have this mod be compatible with unique harbors and seaport intruduced by other mods, such as the Cothon from the 3rd unique component mod?

This will be....interesting for those races(often custom) that work a lot on the sea.

Maybe just do it so fish tiles and great barrier reef dont get the buff

Huge buff for Carthage :) Though really it just makes the water into fertilizer plains.

Because fish needed even more food. Don't even get me started about the Great Barrier Reef. Honestly though, I do like this mod because it sucks when 1/3 of your tiles are 2 food and nothing else.
