I use the "touch of water" combined with the "long distance cast" to create a hole up my head. Then using teleport to enter the hole and clean all the remaining water with the "Eye" item. I can now go just under the hole and pour a flask to refill it (with Mimicium or any other liquid i want).
It is the only way i found to keep "Cement" as a liquid and not turning into solid Concrete (last line, far-right in the screenshot) ,also Magical-liquid and Freezing'liquid from evaporating. This also works with blackholes if you dont have any touch'of spells. Have fun ^^
