[UCon] Auto-winch

This Utility Connector attachment provides a compact winch and loose rope storage. It requires no logic, allowing it to be equipped to any vehicle with a charged UCon socket or even a loose electrical connector in case of emergency.

-] Rope anchor allows for increased pulling force if rope is routed through a pulley, and doubles as storage for the winch's rope.

-] Breaker on side of module allows for winch to be disabled without disconnecting the entire module.

-] Full 40 meter winch capacity allows for a variety of use cases such as off-road recovery of vehicles and retrieval of catastrophically mishandled cargo.
