Secret Society Bonuses For Unique Buildings

Alters Secret Society Mode Governor Promotions to give the bonuses given by the Alchemical Society and Gilded Vault to apply to unique buildings that normally replace the University and Bank respectively. Unmodded, this is the Madrasa, Navigation School and Grand Bazaar. So the Navigation School and Madrasa get a Great Engineer and Great Merchant point, Gold equal to the adjacency bonus of their Campus, and + 2 Production. The Grand Bazaar gets an extra trade route if a Harbor is built, Culture equal to the adjacency bonus of the Commercial Hub, and one Great Merchant point. Should be able to handle modded Civilizations that have Unique Buildings that replace the University or Bank. I have not implemented it for the Old God Obelisk as there is no vanilla replacement.
