Bill's responses to a survivor getting jockeyed always seemed a little out-of-character to me, so this restores the lines from before The Last Stand update which were slightly less rude.
Also fun fact one of the lines then had a typo in them meaning they never actually played, so this fixes that also.

Will NOT conflict with any other talker addons.

all of the talker things work if the host has it, your friends dont need to have it to hear the effects
