If you don't want to lose progress but got glitched into a wall or whatever, you can do this to teleport.

First you're going to need cyber engine tweeks, get the latest version off the nexus, they explain it better than I could.
Second, open the console in game.
copy and paste this ♥♥♥♥♥:
Game.GetTeleportationFacility():Teleport(GetPlayer(), ToVector4{x=-1455.068689, y=1010.975459, z=17.824506, w=1}, ToEulerAngles{roll=0, pitch=0, yaw=45})
there you go, back at the afterlife.
