Once you complete Chapter 7 and see the credits, an after/hidden scene will appear and once completed, the achievement will be unlocked.
e.g: You don't have to start the game from the beginning in case you leave the game before seeing the hidden scene, just start from Chapter 7!

Once you see the hidden scene and go to the main memu, wait until the lights turn off and then the achievement is unlocked.

In chapter 7, when the guy points his finger at the rope, look at him or just wait before you take action for about 5 minutes.
