Includes the 3 Olympic-Class sisters, Olympic herself, Titanic, Britannic, and a lot of more extra features and models.

Yes.

In fact, all of these models come with bodygroups and skins to look like hospital ships and troopships.

More details on what these models have are available in the description of the GMod upload and in the "README" file of the download on DeviantArt.
