Kaiserreich: VST Submod

This mod aims to add the teased socialist parties in the Kaiserreich Russia rework to current Kaiserreich Russia, along with their own unique leaders, flags, names, and even formables as a post-Weltkrieg end goal. The left and right wings of the All-Russian Union of labor (VST), and the Left - SRs replace the current socialist parties in Russia.

Other, minor changes:

Jacques Doriot now replaces Georges Valois as the leader for the Sorelians in communard France. After consolidating his power, he will declare a French centralised national-syndicalist state, in keeping with the Sorelian vision.
