fo3 mouse acceleration fix + alt tab acceleration fix

I and many others have had the problem of the menu sensitivity being the speed of light and many fixes have been found but not all of them seem to work fully. Ether they don't work or when you alt tab it goes back to being on crack. ive found a fix tho to stop that.

-f open "my games" folder (just type it in the windows search menu)

-select fallout 3

-open "Fallout.ini" and it should take you to notepad

-copy this
fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0
fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0
fForegroundMouseBase=0
fForegroundMouseMult=0

-press "CTRL+F" and type "controls"

-past what you copied directly under the "bBackground Keyboard=1" line

-change the 0 on "bBackground Mouse=0" to a 1

-change the 0 on "fForegroundMouseBase=0" to .1
Step two
-When you load the game press "ALT+TAB" 2x
this will like reset the sensitivity to be fast but because we slowed it down so much it should be normal
after this it should be a normal speed

-NOTE if the senitivity is to fast or slow for you change the "fForegroundMouseBase" value to something close to .1 i just used .1 as it is what works for me
