"Baiting the AI into taking unfavorable exchanges is the key to victory here, if you play your cards right from the first battle it should only take two turns to tilt the scales into a forced victory and two more turns after that to win. Your commander is your most powerfull unit and should be used to apply pressure to your enemies more valuable units. if they attack your commander have your indirect and other units ready to take advantage of their assault. unlike advance wars first strike is not everything in this game."
