Only Bigger Planets

Planets are huge. This fixes finding planets that don't reflect that.

Planet sizes range from 25 to 30.

I think I fixed a few planets that were missed due to terraforming.

I know other mods do the same thing, I did not like all the extra stuff they do.

Resources and more will be added when I figure out how to do so, still new to modding.
