The Great Firewall is a restrictive internet monitoring and censorship program used to control the flow of information available to a civilization's people through the internet. By limiting the public's access to potentially volatile information available online, government agencies can limit potential backlash and other dissension regarding unpopular policies and government programs.

Great Firewall

Enemy Spy level reduced by 2 in your lands. Your Spy level is increased by 1 for offensive operations. Enemy Spy? level is additionally reduced by 2 when targeting this city. I pray to the civilization Mod Gods that this mod gets properly fixed. I NEED THIS WONDER!

My god, I had to disable all of my 100 mods one by one to find that this mod bugs out city graphics. Only to find one person already having commented the same.

In short, the city sprawl is somehow removed and only the palace is seen, regardless of how big the city is. It looks super weird. Sometimes the city dissappears completely and only the banner is seen.

With this mod, all city models are not graphically displayed. There is a name and the ability to construct units and buildings (models of buildings are displayed), but when a city is founded there is an empty space. Restarting the game does not help.
