Realistic Resources

Mod is trying to make hoi 4 more balance, every country have re-worked recources:

- Germany have some rubber and oil.
- Italy have more steel and some tungsten to produce anyting, in vanilla Iltaly is almost empty.
- Africa is now worth fighting, Italy need to protect their resources so on UK and France.
- Danmark have some resources, and is not complitly empty like in vanilla.
- Finland have resources too.
- Every minor country in Europe got small amount of rubber and oil (depends strength of nation) to produce for example trucks on 1 factory and to train planes.
- Many more small and bigger changes...

Completed resouces re-wrok for:

- Soviet Union
- Italy
- UK
- France
- Poland
- Benelux
- Baltic Sates
- Scandinavia
- Balkans
